About Me

As a native Houstonian, I am passionate about helping clients purchase high quality homes and avoiding costly mistakes. I bring a wealth of knowledge to every transaction because of my background and love for the housing industry. I also go above and beyond for my sellers with my fine-tuned listing package and marketing procedure. I started in the Houston real estate market in the 1990s and spent several years working for a national home builder before joining a residential land developer. I am currently at Keller Williams Metropolitan, where I am the Luxury Director and a member of the Board of Directors. My community involvement focuses on Sleep in Heavenly Peace, which builds, assembles, and delivers bunk beds to children and families in need. I am well-versed in a variety of real estate specialties, including luxury homes, farm and ranch acreage, new construction, international second homes and coastal properties. I credit my success to listening to my clients ' goals, my willingness to go above and beyond, and making sure to build and maintain my agent-client relationships so they see that I want the best for them first. Treating every transaction as if it were my own, I feel my knowledge and experience in the real estate industry bring another layer of value to my clients, whether selling or buying. I also understand this is the biggest investment most people make and will spend quality time with each client, making sure they understand the process, what is expected, and all of the paperwork before signing anything.
